COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sca Schucker 80450 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Securelogix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Seinan-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the PGN3001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8240 manufactured by Securelogix and we are pleased to be able to service most Securelogix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VEC6 by Manufacturer Seinan-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schrader Brand FW2D1181211000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensotec such as 4382502 equipment made by Sensotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensotec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MS4614955Q1X made by Scientific-Technologies as well as the popular PGN1001AS original spares produced by Schunk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VSH3430 by Seiberco and 4382502 spares by Sensotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 65083S25K5100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensortronics. |
